United Homecare Services Portland is looking to add another On-Call Home Care Aid to our Team! You will get matched with a client based on your: availability (yes, you get to create your own schedule!), skill set, personality and geographic location (you won't have to drive very far to work with your client).
We are a non-medical agency and all of our clients are considered light duty . We are there to support them in their homes (light housekeeping, meal prep, assist with personal hygiene)- or outside of their homes. Many clients love to go out and do fun companionship activities. Go on a coffee walk, bake some cookies.. maybe check out the Oregon zoo, who knows!

Assist the client with activities of daily livingProvide personal care services including bathing and toileting assistance, transfers, mobility, dressing and groomingPerform light housekeeping and do laundry to help maintain comfortable and healthy living conditionsProvide companionship services to reduce senior isolationProvide medication remindersPlan, prepare and serve mealsComplete client's shopping or accompany the client to do so successfullyTransport client to and from appointmentsReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyQualifications
