Requirements for this Home Care Aide jobTo excel as a Home Care Aide at Sparrow Hospice, candidates should possess essential skills and qualifications. Successful applicants will have at least 1 year of experience as a nurse aide or home care aide, demonstrating proficiency in providing personal care and support to patients. Additionally, an active Texas CNA license is required, showcasing a commitment to professionalism and adherence to regulatory standards.
A High School Diploma or GED is also necessary to ensure a strong foundation for the responsibilities involved in this role.
