Tribute is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. Tribute is expanding services in Massachusetts and is looking for a smart, detailed and customer-service focused Client Solutions Manager to join the team.

In this role you will work with prospective and current clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care to ensure they have a positive experience from the start of their home care services. This is done by providing clients with a warm and helpful introduction to Tribute, overseeing the set up and day-to-day management of services, and developing strong and trusting relationships with clients and their families.

The role will involve weekly travel in the MetroWest area to assess and visit clients and has the flexibility to work from wherever you work most effectively when not visiting clients homes.

**Heres what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:**

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college

* Prior experience in case management, preferably in elder care

* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons

* Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence

* Strong administrative skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Collaborative approach
