This position is very active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.This position will be required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbsand ability to push up to 250 pounds independently.The individual must use proper body mechanics to assist residents in their daily living.This position regularly requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work.TRAVEL: Travel is expected and required for the proper management of two branches supporting Nassau County, Florida and Glynn County, GeorgiaManagement meetings, training, and other company functions would also require occasional travel.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:• Four-year college or university degree desired.• Current FL/GA state licensure as a Registered Nurse.• Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid• High school diploma or GED• Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.• Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
