Live Long Well Care is searching for an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse Manager that is located in Mt. Airy and Winston Salem, North Carolina. This management position is responsible for providing some direct care and compliance support for nursing as well as conducting marketing and outreach directly to prospects, hospitals, physician offices, rehab clinics, senior organizations, and the like to help us grow our business and partnerships. We are private pay and provide private duty skilled and non-skilled services for the senior population. Base salary with monthly commission/incentive opportunity. This position may assist with on-call and work some weekends as it is a 24/7 operation. Position Summary Responsible for regionally managing nursing services and compliance for two Home Care branches, Mt Airy and Winston Salem NC. Focusing on growing the number of clients we serve and assisting in the management of team members of the Home Care branches. Will deliver some person-centered care based on the needs and interests of clients while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Provides hands on care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations. Support the following basic competencies and knowledge of nursing: Resident Examination and Assessment (Head to Toe Assessment and Admission Note and Daily Med A Note, Foley Catheter Insertion: Male or Female Resident, Winyah Medication Administration Audit tool, Oxygen Administration, Dressings, Dry/Clean - Wound, Feeding Tube, and Feeding Tube Care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, client assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
- Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.
- Interacts with the physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living as follows in the guidelines as outlined in the Care Plan including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Participates in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

- This position is very active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
- This position will be required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs. and ability to push up to 250 pounds independently.
- The individual must use proper body mechanics to assist residents in their daily living.
- This position regularly requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work.
TRAVEL: Travel is expected and required for the proper management of two branches supporting Nassau County, Florida and Glynn County, Georgia. Management meetings, training, and other company functions would also require occasional travel. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Four-year college or university degree desired. • Current FL/GA state licensure as a Registered Nurse. • Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid • High school diploma or GED • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards. • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment. • Ability to understand and follow directions as given. • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
