Marquis Home Care - Marquis Certified Home Care Exciting Opportunity with a growing company: Seeking physical therapists to provide 1:1 treatment in patient homes. PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Full-Time or Part-Time - Columbia County (M-F, No weekends) Compensation: Salary $85,000 - 90,000 for full-time employees, with extra earning potential. Perks:

What you will do:
- Provide physician-directed physical therapy services by, initially and periodically evaluating patients needs, establishing a goal-directed plan of care, and initiating planned care. The plan of care and re-evaluation occurs no less often than every 60 days.
- Provides quality care within guidelines of department policy and procedures as well as local, state, and federal rules and regulations and the Code of Ethics as established by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Provides written documentation of assessment and care delivery in a professional manner according to policy and within the designated period.
Ideal candidate:
- Active NYS Physical Therapy licensure
- One year of physical therapy experience is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous homecare experience and/or acute care or rehab experience is a plus
- Oasis Knowledge is a plus
