About the Role:
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans as ordered by attending physicians
- Observe, record, and report patient progress and reactions to the medical team
- Provide education to patients and families on managing conditions and using therapeutic equipment
- Coordinate with PTAs and nurse aides to ensure quality therapy services
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for documentation
