**Home Care Provider- Greater Keene area (Keene, NH)**

RRI is looking for a home care provider who lives in the Keene area, with an accessible home with a first floor bedroom.
We are looking specifically for a provider who is able to support a young woman in her late 20's in their home. This person utilizes a power wheel chair for mobility and requires support with transfers as well as her activities of daily living (ADL's).
This woman is looking for a provider who enjoys spending time together, someone perhaps who likes getting nails and hair done. She loves to listen to music and watch movies as well as spend time talking on the phone with friends and using her iPad. She is a very social young woman and would benefit from living with providers who have similar interests/lifestyles.
This young woman attends a day program in Keene from 8:30am until 2:30pm and hopes to continue this as she has friends and a paid employment through this program.
As a Home Care Provider, you would be expected to assist the person you support with all aspects of ADLs, such as personal hygiene routines, assisting/providing meals, and assisting with medication administration. You would also ensure that medical appointments are met, transportation is provided, and basic daily/monthly Medicaid required documentation is completed in a timely manner. It would be important that you are able to work well with the Individuals support team. Training and ongoing support will be provided!
Please note that this is an independent contractor role **not an employee.**
**Requirements:**
* Providers must be at least 18 years old.
* Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver, and have an acceptable driving history.
* An acceptable criminal history and other background checks are required.
* ***Experience is a plus, but we welcome people who are new to this exciting and rewarding field!***
