Passion.Open your home to someone and make a positive impact in his or her life!We are currently looking for a home care provider in Northwood, NH.Residential Resources is looking for Home Care Providers, with wheelchair accessible homes, who live in the Northwood, NH area.We are looking specifically for providers who have wheelchair accessible homes; including but not limited first floor bathrooms/bedrooms with accessibility. We will also consider homes that can accommodate a ramp if no ramp exists.As a Home Care Provider, you will assist the person you support with all aspects of ADLs, such as personal hygiene routines, assisting/providing meals, and medication administration. You would also ensure that medical appointments are met, transportation is provided, and basic daily/monthly Medicaid required documentation is completed in a timely manner. It would be important that you are able to work well with the individual's support team. Training and ongoing support will be provided!Please note that this is an independent contractor role not an employee. Requirements:
- Providers must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
- An acceptable criminal history and other background checks are required.
- Experience is a plus, but we welcome people who are new to this exciting and rewarding field!
