Job DescriptionThe Moore Center's Shared Homes program is looking to contract with a team of seasoned Home Care Providers to meet the needs of an exceptionally caring and thoughtful individual. The initial need would be for weekends only but possible other hours could become available as the relationship develops. The ideal team would be 2 providers who would be available for consistent weekend stays. This person has full mobility and significant independence with personal care needs but needs support to access the community safely and to manage anxiety around compulsions. This unique program would be a contracted stipend on the weekend time only allowing the providers regular breaks and the ability to have other jobs during the week.This person does have a strong supportive team inclusive of behavioral supports and would require 1:1 supervision in the home as well as 2:1 supervision in the community for outings.
