Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:
- Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you.
- Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them.
- Draft proposals for each homeowner which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
- Attend Monday weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in Menasha.

Requirements
- A highly motivated professional individual
- Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled.
- Strong listening, and consulting skills
- Ability to enter a crawlspace.
- Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl.
- A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
