As a Home Health Administrator for KabaFusion, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. - Ensures the quality and safe delivery of infusion nursing services in conjunction with Director of Nursing and other branch nursing leaders
- Oversee the management of the hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training of nursing staff for assigned offices and teams
- Review and interpret operational metrics to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and company budget goals
- Assesses and coordinates management and clinical educational opportunities for assigned offices and direct reports
- Manages assigned projects and works with the AVP of Nursing team to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
What you bring as a Home Health Administrator:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other relevant Health Care Field, Master's Degree preferred
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- 5+ years of management experience with a home infusion provider, home health agency, or related organization
- Thorough knowledge of the home health regulations in the state of employment
