As a Homecare Solutions Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist clients with mobility needs, transferring, and positioning as required.Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client.Escort clients to appointments, errands, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or changes in the client's condition.Document care provided and observations accurately and promptly in the client's care plan and report any significant changes or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including maintaining confidentiality of client information and respecting their rights and dignity at all times.Toileting assistanceLundryRequirements and SkillsPrevious experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not requiredAbility to pass background checks and drug screening.Committed to health & safetyAble to do housework and cookingWell-organized and reliableExcellent communication and people skillsPositive and compassionate attitude with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help othersStrong ethics strong interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.CPR certified (Will train)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insuranceFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to follow written and verbal instructions effectivelyBenefits:Flexible scheduling options.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Rewarding work environment with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
