Right at Home is looking for a FULL TIME/PART TIME Certified Home Health Aids to provide assistance clients in the greater St Augustine and Jacksonville areas. We are seeking a caring home health aide to support with daily tasks as outlined in a predefined care plan.

Responsibilities:
- ADLS
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
- Ensure client safety and well-being.
- Document and report any changes in clients health status.
- Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
PAY:
15-17/hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift
Shift Duration 4-12 hours long
MALE cargivers encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Drivers License
- Auto Insurance
- Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Has a Level 2 background check or willing to obtain.
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
