S/he works with limited supervision keeping the clients' needs as top priority.JOB DUTIES:Deliver great client care with compassionate support, attention and assistance to clients and familiesProvide physical support for clients with daily activities and personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, walking, standing or exercisingAccompany clients to their doctor or therapy visitsLiaise with client familiesEnsure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHAMaintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policyThe Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) assumes other responsibilities as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Analytical ability to apply criteria and evaluate information to make decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills in teaming with patients, medical staff and the publicDetail oriented with proven ability to multitaskProfessional appearance and ease in developing rapport with othersAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situationsActive, unrestricted state issued driver's licenseEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:H.S.
