The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused per diem Home Health Aide (HHA) - Innovative Home Services to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a HHA:

Baths

Oral hygiene

Shampoos

Changing bed linen

Dressing and undressing clients

Skin care and prevention of skin breakdown

Toileting activities

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

Has a completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program of 40 hours or has passed the IHS Home Health Aide competency test with a passing score.

Has a current CPR certification.

CNA's are welcome, or the role of Companion may be available.

Has excellent observation and communication skills.

Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.

Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
