Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .
Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be HHA related)
Current HHA certificate of 75 hours or more, or Active CNA license (we do accept out of state license and trainings)
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Grooming
Toileting
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Assisting with ambulation
Medication reminders
