We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team for 2024 for 12 Hour Shift.You will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to Seniors with disabilities in various settings.Responsibilities:1. Personalized Care: Tailor care plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.2. Medical Support: Assist with activities of daily living, administer medication as prescribed, and monitor health conditions.3. Communication: Maintain an open and clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.4. Safety: Prioritize the safety of clients by creating a secure and comfortable environment, identifying potential risks, and implementing preventive measures.5.
