The Home Health Aide provides patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist in accordance with an established plan of care and per agency policies/procedures. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. ,* Certification by Medicare Standards prior to onset of job responsibilities and must be on the Home Health Aide Registry of the State Department of Health
* Certification as a Home Health Aide in the State of Oklahoma, or must pass a written and skills exam to become certified
* CPR certification
* 1 year of nursing experience or home health aide experience
* Previous home health experience preferred
* This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
