Become Rooted in Caring for Life with Integrity!We Are Currently seeking a PER DIEM Home Health Aides (HHA) To Join Our Team!PER DIEM: $18.00-$20.00 hourly based on experience including BENEFITS.If you are a compassionate HHA looking for the opportunity to grow within an inclusive team of dedicated caregivers, we would love to meet you!Responsibilities:This position is responsible to provide personal care assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), light housekeeping, and/or rehabilitation activities under the direction and supervision of an LPN or Registered Nurse. HHAs accurately document and report changes in client status while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, their families and coworkers.Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred Home Health Aide certification from an approved NYS training program, OR have successfully completed an approved training/equivalency program approved by the DOH. Twelve hours of in-service training per year is required. Proven ability to work in a team context and to set priorities Proven skills in building and maintaining effective work relationships Valid NYS Driver's license and proof of auto insurance preferredBenefits: Daily Pay!
