Requirements:

• Be at least 18 yrs. old
• Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Passport
• Clean Driving Record, Background Check & Drug Screen
• Reliable transportation

Job Duties:

• Provide companionship and assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide updates on clients after visits to office team
