We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes with an established care plan.Responsibilities:Provide health care services in patients' residencesPerform domestic and household tasksAssist with clients personal care activitiesMaintain patient's documents (time sheets)provided servicesAssist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises according to care planProvide companionshipSkills:Proven experience as home health aide for a year or longer, Active CNA or STNAFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsProficiency in EnglishCaring and compassionate personalityHigh School DegreeAdditional Requirements:If you do not have experience as a home health aide or have under 1 year of experience under the supervision of an RN, 6 Roses offers a free 30-hour training course that you can take at your own pace before employment to fulfill the work experience requirements.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleReferral programWork Location: In personAdditional Benefits:We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus for aides servicing clients with 20 or more hours a week consecutively.This bonus is paid at $50 a month for 20 months.
