**Qualifications**
+ **High School Diploma or GED**
+ **CNA- Completion of 75, 120, or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm**
+ **Must be in-State C.N.A. Registry.**
+ HHA- successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
+ CNA- One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice.
+ HHA- One year home health aide, patient tech or other related experience and/or passes CHI Health at Home's competency evaluation program (Medicare regulation)

**Pay Range**
$15.62 - $21.47 /hour
