Job Summary:# Provides quality care to patients in their own homes.# Essential functions include, but not limited to:# Assists with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, ambulating, meals, medication reminders, safety with ambulation, may help with other services in the home as requestd by the client.# To be supervised by an RN#and will follow a#care plan for each patient.# Job Qualifications:# Home Health Aide license#for the State of Kansas.# CPR certified.# Must have a sense of loyalty, responsibility, moral integrity and common sense.# Requires basic computer literacy, including word processing functions, use of the internet, and computer-based education.# Keyboarding ability is required.# Successful candidates should be ready to use information technology in a meaningful way in order to improve patient outcomes and ensure patient safety.# Must complete and pass background check, pre-employment drug screening, orientation requirements and competency testing.
