Requirements:
- Compassionate Service: a genuine desire to assist others, improve their quality of life, and make a difference in the community.
- Education: High school diploma, GED and or other health care certification.
- Licensed & Insured transportation: must have a current driver's license along with reliable transportation and valid auto insurance in your name.
- Background Screening: Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Drug screening: Successful completion of our drug screening protocols is mandatory.
- TB Testing: Successful completion of a TB test ( Senior Helpers will pay the cost of this).
- CNA Licensing: CNA license is a plus.
- On Call Coverage: On-call availability to cover unexpected absences is a plus.
- I9 documentation: Must provide two forms of identification for I-9 verification purposes.
