HOME HEALTH AIDECookeville, TNCookeville, TN & SURROUNDING AREAS (PART-TIME)Job Summary:Village Caregiving, a reputable healthcare facility located in Cookeville, Tennessee, is seeking a HOME HEALTH AIDE to join our team. As a HOME HEALTH AIDE you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.Benefits: DAY/AFTERNOON SHIFT AVAILABLEPay Rate: $17-18/HourPaid Training Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsHelp residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safelyRecord and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activitiesFollow all safety and infection control protocolsAssist with feeding residents and providing hydrationCommunicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted livingAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and empathetic natureFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust pass a background check EEOC Statement:Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
