Responsibilities This is a PRN position At CHI Memorial Health at Home we believe in promoting opportunities for our team members to advance, we also offer great flexible schedules to help ensure that you have the time you need for a great work/life balance Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED -CNA- Completion of 75, 120, or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm/must be in-State C.N.A. Registry. HHA- successful completion of a competency evaluation program. CNA- One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice.
