Responsibilities: Provide compassionate in-home support, assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily routines. Help clients maintain a sanitary environment, prep meals, and provide medication reminders. Build relationships with clients to enrich their daily lives. Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to the office for ongoing care coordination. Communicate with the office regularly to ensure client needs are fully met. Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or verified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification. CPR certificate. Completion of Florida's required trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Meds.
