Home Health Aide $15.00 + Hourly Pay, Overtime accepted, Performance based pay increase after probate period Clinton, Tennessee A leading provider of home health care services is looking for Home Health Aide's to join our growing team! The Home Health Aide will play a vital role in allowing our aging population to stay comfortably in their home. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be kind and compassionate with a desire to help people. We have day and night shifts available! The Home Health Aide will be responsible for: Serving as a companion to clients *Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc. *Managing medication and assessing effectiveness of current medication regimen * Preparing meals *Assisting in daily household tasks as needed *Tending to personal hygiene needs * Providing bathing and dressing assistance *Assisting with patient transfer * Shopping and running errands as needed * Communicating with the clients family/friends regarding care needs *Following patient care plan The Home Health Aide will excel with: • Caregiving experience preferred • Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care preferred • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required • Proven reliability with an excellent work ethic • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance • Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills • The ability to provide care across a variety of settings • Empathy and the ability to care for the clients social, emotional, physical, and mental needs • Ability to stay calm and diffuse stressful or uncomfortable situations • An understanding of what to do in an emergency • Training in any special areas of care you provide The Home Health Aide will be rewarded with: • $15.00 + Hourly Pay, Dependent on Experience • Performance based pay increase after probate period • Incentive bonus opportunities! • Referral bonuses available! • Comprehensive benefits o Medical o Dental o Vision • Life insurance • Short Term Disability • Opportunity to make a difference in the community! • Opportunity to work with a company where you will be recognized for your success!
