As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients, assisting them with daily living activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Both hourly and live-in cases are available, providing flexibility and options for potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Support: Remind and assist patients with medication management, ensuring they take prescribed medications on time and in the correct dosage.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for patients according to their dietary needs and preferences.
- Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility challenges move around safely, utilizing assistive devices if necessary.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up patient's living space, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Transportation: Accompany patients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other necessary errands as required.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to patients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or mental conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any concerns or incidents that may arise.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of both the patient and yourself.
