Job Summary:
We are seeking Home Health Aide to join our team in Mattawan, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care for elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships.
Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients with Hoyer lifts and other devices.
Medication reminders and monitor client health.
Light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities (must have a reliable vehicle).
Record and report any changes in the client's condition to family or healthcare professionals.
Follow the care plan and document daily activities and observations.
Requirements:
Must be 20 years or older.
1+ year of caregiving experience.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Hoyer lift trained or willing to be trained.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in senior care or working with individuals with disabilities.
CPR/First Aid certified.
Experience with personal care and mobility assistance.
