Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a Home Health Aide for our female Malden client. Shift available is 10 PM - 2 PM or 11AM - 3PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays.
Make a difference as a Home Health AideAs a HHA at Traditions Home Health Services, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols. With our emphasis on excellence and integrity, you will be expected to deliver high-quality care with honesty and reliability.
