Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. Requirements for the Home health AIDE position: To excel as an HHA at Traditions Home Health Services, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. Basic medical knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations are also key attributes for success in this rewarding role. 1. HHA Certification 2. Minimum 2 years' experience working with your certification (in the home care setting preferred) 3. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record) 4. Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years) 5. The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language 6. Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app.) 7. Reliable, honest, and compassionate 8.
