If you are looking to make a meaningful impact and be part of a caring community, we welcome you to join us at VitaCare Living Stratford.Responsibilities•Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting•Purpose: To ensure the comfort and well-being of clients in their own homes•Conduct housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning•Purpose: To create a safe and clean environment for clients to live in•Provide companionship and emotional support to clients through conversation and activities•Purpose: To promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness•Assist clients with mobility as needed, including transferring and positioning•Purpose: To help clients maintain independence and prevent falls•Document and report any changes in clients' health or living conditions to the appropriate supervisor•Purpose: To ensure proper monitoring and care for clients' overall health and well-beingQualifications•At least 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field•Valid certification in CPR and First Aid•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.•Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed
