Job Description:Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40hours per week) in our Home Health/Community Health Department Manager (RN required). Our Home Health/Community Health department manages an average census of 60-70 patients and serves as the community health and public health of Plymouth County, Iowa.Floyd Valley offers a positive culture that supports a healthy work-life balance.
