What You'll Do:
  • Dive into Impact: As a COTA with Connected, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing the functional status of our patients. From assessing home environments to teaching new skills, your expertise will bring comfort and independence to those we serve.

As a COTA at Connected, you'll be a maverick of creativity, a crusader for compassion, and a trailblazer in personalized care! Here's what we're looking for:
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the Oregon State Board
  • Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience as a COTA.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile.
