Location: Plainsboro,NJ, USA
Shift: Days, 5x8 hours, 8:30/9a-4:30/5p - will consider part time - 3x8's... Contract Length: 13 weeks.. NJ or Compact license required at time of submission... Every 4th weekend required - there is a weekend rate differential... BLS required... Prior Home Health Experience required... OASIS experience preferred... No mileage reimbursement... Majority of the needs are in the Princeton, Princeton Junction, and Plainsboro.. Caseload includes varied diagnoses; primarily cardiac, ortho, neuro and oncology. Large number of patients requiring wound care, medication management, patient teaching and line/drain care. Lab drawers preferred... Experience with Wound Vacs, Pleurx Cath drainage, and drains (e.g. nephrostomy tubes, surgical drains, etc)... Cases per day: Manage caseload of 25 patients in total. Complete 5-6 home visits per day... EPIC Charting-Remote Client experience preferred... Navy scrubs... 1st time traveler accepted - must have experience in home health... Must be fully vaccinated to include COVID booster - Medical or Religious exemptions accepted for review/approval
