Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will plan and administer physical therapy treatments, develop rehabilitation programs, and collaborate with physicians and clinical team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating support staff's performance.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
