Home Health RN Clinical ManagerLocation: Cheyenne, WY, 82001Job Description:The Home Health RN Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the home health agency. This includes managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance withstate and federal regulations, and providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.Responsibilities:* Manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations* Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care* Provide education and training to staff on clinical best practices* Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff* Ensure that all patient records are accurate and up-to-date* Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiativesRequirements:* Current RN license in the state of Wyoming* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field* Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or related field* Strong leadership and management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home health* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks* Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
