Your Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Implement and manage individualized patient care plans.
- Assess and document patient progress, ensuring compassionate and personalized care.
- Support patients and families with guidance and reassurance throughout their care journey.
- Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating home health services with seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.
- Self-Care Education:

What We're Looking For:
- Licensing:
- Valid RN License from the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
- Valid Nevada Driver's License.
- Certifications:
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to obtain a TB clearance health card meeting federal/state requirements.
- Experience:
- Prior home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Education:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school program.
