TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Marietta, Ohio, 45750 Pay Information $2,286 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse I Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00) Guaranteed Hours: None Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience, depending on the specialty License: Must have a current license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Experience with the OASIS documentation system within the last 6 months - Reliable transportation, driver's license, and auto insurance - Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic Job Description: - Provide, coordinate, and direct home nursing care per physician's orders and agency policies - Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Licensed Vocational Nurses - Conduct home visits, attend periodic office meetings, and maintain enrollment in nursing processes - Handle various types of cases such as Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits - Ensure documentation is completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment - Accept all patient assignments regardless of the travel distances involved - Understand and meet the weekly productivity expectations of 30 points Additional Information: - Work primarily in the regions covering Washington, Monroe, and Guernsey counties - Be open to a weekend rotation every four weeks and on-call duties one day a week - Comfortability with daily drives that may result in travel times longer than 20 minutes between patients - Ability to float to nearby clinics if patient assignment volume is low 26562478EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
