As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.
Position Summary:As a Home Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring we bring in top talent to meet the growing needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other clinical staff.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for home healthcare positions.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding healthcare staffing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or home healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, licensure requirements, and job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in home healthcare or a related field is a plus.
