Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Saint Luke's Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager to serve the metro Kansas City area. You will have the opportunity to help patients control and direct their end-of-life care by providing peace of mind, dignity, and comfort on the patient's terms wherever they call home.Established in 1975, Saint Luke's Hospice is one of the region's first hospice programs and has provided compassionate, comforting care to patients and their families in Missouri and Kansas.
