Loan Servicing Company has multiple openings in their customer support department. This role will process assist with the loan processing for home loans from A-Z. You will work in a call center environment and supporting direct lending customers.

Multiple locations in Moorpark, Pasadena, Agoura Hills and Canoga ParkFully OnsiteMonday through Friday 8-5$23-26 Hourly Depending on ExperienceDuties Include:Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocateAnswer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely mannerPerform routine data entry and validation tasksReviewing and Processing applicationsReview all necessary documents have been receivedMaintain records and filingVerify borrower information, income and creditData Entry

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage loan processing and possess excellent organizational skillsExperience in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgage loan processing or originationStrong typing skills, including the ability to accurately and efficiently use 10-key typingBasic math skills are necessary for calculating loan-to-value ratios and other critical financial metrics
