This position supports patients in Monroeville and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $15,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
As a Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse you will be at the forefront of a highly innovative care model that allows clinically appropriate patients the option of receiving hospital level care in the comfort of their own home. The Home Recovery Care RN is part of an integrated care team that works together to provide patient-centered care to those at home. Patient volume is lower than a traditional hospital setting so you will have time to focus on patient needs and caregiver education.
