Members of our CAP staff commit to our core values of faith, service, and compassion.Plans, coordinates and leads Home Repair Crews, volunteers and participants in the work activities of home repair and the construction of new homes for low-income families/individuals.Essential Job Functions:Leads and instructs volunteer crews of varying skill levels in repair projects and home construction. Connects participants with group members and facilitates a positive relationship with all involved in the project. Performs construction activities on participant homes not suitable for group work or that a group did not complete and ensures work is completed in a timely manner.
