Position Overview:Care at Home, a rapidly growing home care agency serving Connecticut and Rhode Island, isseeking a Homecare Recruiter to focus on recruiting caregivers for our Rhode Island clients. Thisrole, based in our New London, CT office, requires both in-office work and occasional travel.The Homecare Recruiter will report to the Human Resources Director.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract qualified caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, HHAs).• Source candidates using traditional and creative methods (job boards, community events).• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and verify references.• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and standards, including background checksand I-9 verification, and knowledgeable with E-Verify.• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates.• Provide weekly updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.• Foster relationships with new employees during their first 30, 60, and 90 days to gaugesatisfaction and maintaining retention.• Collaborate with educational institutions (trade schools, community colleges, CNAprograms) for candidate referrals.• Plan and participate in job fairs and recruiting events, representing Care at Homeprofessionally.• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.• Evaluate recruitment sources and propose improvements to enhance the recruitmentprocess

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare recruitment preferred).• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online interviewing tools (Zoom, Skype).• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and ATS.• Understanding of employment laws and best practices, including EEO compliance.
