Comfort Keepers seeks a dedicated, experienced Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) for our Lincoln, RI office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. As a Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC), you will work with a network of caring professionals that helps Comfort Keepers deliver one-on-one care that enhances our clients' and their families' quality of life. Job Summary: The Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC), in conjunction with the office support team, is responsible for managing the client experience from their first visit through the continuity of their care.The role of the HSC begins in the office, where you will assist in developing and monitoring ongoing caregiver and client relationships through the proactive management of the client schedule. This will include selecting and distributing work among our caregiver staff based on skills, performance, and the client's overall needs. In addition, the HSC will facilitate communication between the caregiver and the client, ensuring that all client needs are met through delivering quality care and identifying and resolving potential client issues that may arise.Finally, the HSC ensures the office has adequate staffing levels and availability to service potential clients. Job Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of related experience with experience in scheduling in client care or scheduling preferred.Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.Demonstrate leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demandssimultaneouslyExceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Willingness to spend extended periods on the phone.A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).Outstanding Job Benefits: Compensation: $20-24 / hour, depending on experience!Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short/Long Term Disability benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days from the hire date for full-time employees.Paid Vacation and Sick Time accrue for full-time employees during the first fullpaycheck andmay be used immediately after accrued.401(k) with Pre-Tax and Roth options and Employer Match begin the first of the month following 90 days from the hire date.Free employee perks program with free classes and discounted pricing with thousands of merchants24/7 access to legal, financial, and work-life services through Employee Assistance ProgramPet InsurancePosition Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting is not expected to exceed25 pounds in weight.Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.Office and fieldwork are both required.
