This position is subject to renew every year.SUMMARY:Responsible for oversight and monitoring of Bureau of Homeless Services (BHS) contracts funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), SAMHSA, or state general funds, through the provision of site visits and monitoring reviews ensuring programs are in compliance with state and federal policy, laws and mandates.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages BHS contracts as assigned, for compliance with federal and state regulations. This may include reviewing and processing invoices for supervisor approval, site visits (in person or virtual), monitoring reports, and technical assistance on contract deliverables.Coordinates contract implementation of HUD required Homeless Management Information (HMIS) grants, in consultation with the BHS Leadership team, to effectively overcome obstacles and resolve issues.Collaborates on ongoing program design and oversight with Bureau of Homeless Services staff to ensure integration into the homeless services system.Develops, implements, and monitors performance outcomes for all BHS contracted programs, in consultation with the BHS Leadership team. Ensures that programs are integrated into the Coordinated Entry System, as applicable, in consultation with BHS leadership.Reviews program invoices for compliance with eligible activities as defined by the federal application and state contract to ensure budget data accuracy throughout all contract management activities.Monitors and provides technical assistance to the Bureau of Homeless Services in regards to the HMIS contract requirements, to ensure uniformity and adherence to policies, procedures, and contract expectations.Coordinates and fac
