Provides companionship. Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the Supervising Homemaker. Provides dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance. Provides shopping services including grocery and pharmacy shopping. Prepares and serves meals and/or snacks. Provides light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services. Provide stand-by bathing assistance to clients as needed. Performs clerical duties such as completing visit records, filing and phone coverage. Performs other related work as required.
